How do I sign up for the rewards program?

Signing up is easy! Simply create an account here. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops. If you currently have an account or email subscription with us - you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning Points!

The Velotric reward program is not accessible to certain groups, such as wholesalers, participants in the UC-Wide Discount Program, etc.


How do I earn Velotric Rewards points?
Create an account and then $1 = 1 point. 1 point is earned for every $1 spent, excluding charges for shipping, taxes, insurance, or the purchase of gift cards. So every time you shop on Velotric online shop or authorized dealer stores you’re earning points. Check out the above to see other ways you can earn points!

How can I accumulate Velotric Rewards points through making a purchase?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent, excluding shipping, taxes, insurance, or gift card purchases. Shop online at Velotric or authorized dealers to accumulate points. Decimal points are rounded down to the nearest hundredth, and points are rewarded upon order payment.

Are all purchases eligible for points?
Every purchase made on www.velotricbike.com or authorized dealer stores is eligible for earning points.

If I return items for a refund will I get my points back?
If you return your entire order for a refund, your Velotric rewards points will be refunded back to you. However, if you return only part of the order for a refund you will not receive partial points back.

What is Velotric Seeking in a Personal Story Submission?

Anything you feel like sharing with us and other users! Our users will benefit from your stories! Below are some suggestions.

1. Personal Stories (150+ words): share your journey with Velotric products and their impact on your lifestyle, adventures, and challenges.

  • Before Velotric: Provide lifestyle insights. For example, before owning a Velotric bike, you may have been unfit, exercised rarely, and relied on driving.
  • Transformative Moment: Share your "aha moment." For instance, you realize the need for a healthier lifestyle and set a goal to lose weight.
  • Positive Change: Highlight how your Velotric bike transformed your lifestyle. For example, you now ride several times a week, enjoy the freedom of cycling, and have lost XX pounds.

2. High-Quality Photos (2 or more) that showcase:

  • Memorable moments with your Velotric e-bike.
  • Different riding environments.
  • Storage and transportation of the Velotric e-bike.
  • Typical riding areas.
  • People you often ride with.
  • Activities associated with biking, such as resting on a park bench, enjoying a picnic, running errands, or dining at a café.
  • A smiling selfie with your Velotric e-bike.

3. Content Guidelines

  • Submit your story and photos in .pdf format, or email them in a Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) directly to [email protected].
  • Ensure your content is authentic, relatable, and aligns with Velotric’s brand voice—inspirational yet approachable.

How to start referring?
After reaching tier 4, users can start to refer a friend. For every successful referral, you will earn 350 points. Users can unlock surprise rewards when reaching referral milestones.

What qualifies as a successful referral?

A successful referral must meet the following requirements:

  • The referred friend completes a purchase for the minimum spend amount (price after discount)
  • Must be the referred friend's first purchase
  • The user agent & IP address that clicks on the referral link must match the user agent & IP address that completes the purchase.

What if I have more than one account?
Velotric Rewards are associated with a specific email address. To guarantee that your earned rewards, status updates, and exclusive perks are consolidated in one location, we suggest using the same email for all your purchases.

Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Absolutely not! Sign-up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Make sure to visit the rewards page to get started.

Will I be able to use my points/rewards in-store?
Not at this time, you will not be able to apply rewards points toward purchases in-store. We are working to link our dealer stores with our online site in the future.

Is it possible to transfer my points to another account?
No, points cannot be transferred. Velotric Rewards are tied to a specific email address.

Can I use other types of discount codes with orders using points?
No, you cannot. Each order can only use one discount code, and discount codes cannot be stacked. However, gift cards can be stacked.
